Police in Monrovia have arrested four suspects in connection with gruesome murder of Joyce Otu, a Liberian mother of two, who recently returned home from Minnesota in the United States of America to start a small business and contribute to the local economy, according to the FrontPageAfrica newspaper.

Joyce’s was killed in a gruesome fashion, her throat slit and her body dragged from the living room into the bathroom where it was laid against the bathtub. The four persons arrested included the deceased’s son, Sylvannus Freeman, a friend of the deceased, Peter B. Brown, Isaiah Togbah, who was found with the deceased’s car keys and Daouda Konneh, 17, who lived with the deceased are in custody.
