—ICC Says It Will Not Proceed With Jefferson Koije Case The International Criminal Court (ICC) says it will not proceed with the analysis and possible prosecution of a case brought before it by Cllr. Jerome Verdier, Executive Director of the International Justice Group, against Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Koije. Cllr.
