October 10th is drawing nearer and candidates are not taking any chance during the campaign season. One parliamentary candidate who is taking the voter education to another level is Julia Duncan Cassell. She has told her supporters to watch out for number five on the ballot paper because that is hers.
I am number 5 on the ballot paper, the former Gender Minister Cassel said. She told her supporters District#3 that she is fifth on the ballot paper, apparently ensuring that even those who cannot read and write would count up to number to mark her name for election.
Madam Duncan Cassel says she is setting the stage for the decentralization of the development agenda of Grand Bassa County to benefit citizens of Electoral District #3 in Grand Bassa County. She has gone to the district, where her campaign office is located, thrice now on a campaign trail.
Julia Duncan Cassell dedicated her third campaign office in the New Buchanan Community Friday Sept. 1, 2017.
Madam Cassell, who is one of the former Superintendents of Grand Bassa County, called on her supporters to sell her platform and not to attack other candidates.
Min. Cassell is amongst the seven candidates contesting for District # 3 seat for the House of Representative that is currently been occupied by Gabriel Smith.
